and any individual performing in contravention of any of the provisions of this section shall be liable to indemnify some other individual who’s prejudice by the contravention and shall also be responsible of an offence towards this Act and shall in respect of every offence be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one yr or to a superb not exceeding two hundred dollars or to each such imprisonment and positive.

(5) Where on the listening to of the summons or at any adjournment thereof the events agree that such assistance is desirable to facilitate a settlement, the Registrar might in his discretion both afford such help himself, or adjourn the hearing and direct that the matter be referred to a person designated by him for the aim of facilitating the bringing about of a settlement.
