Select your bank account type eg Savings or

on the ATM screen
Select ‘Others’ for the bill payment menu
option list
Enter ‘322222″ as the Biller Code
Enter your Phone Number as the Customer
Reference Number and select ‘Proceed’
You will get a display “Do you want to make
this payment?” Amount Due:N1
DO NOT edit the amount to be paid
Click on “Pay amount due”
You will then get a confirmation page indicating
the registration was successful.. After all dis you can
go back 2 ur bet9ja acct and click deposit select atm
card option and follow the due process, all u need is ur
card type VERVE or MASTER, card number at the front
of your card eg. 3265 3256 6532 9856, expiry month
and year, Vvc number dats d three number at the back
of your card then lastly your pin number. OTP would be
sent 2 ur mobile just type d digit and u av a successful
transaction..

dat means,you have to edit your account,remuv the number of the lost sim and input the new sim number as the new phone number

bros thanks for this tip I did that this morning around 5:00am , using my GTbank master card my gtb account was debited cause I was sent SMS instantly but I have yet to be credited on my bet9ja account it’s almost 18 hours ago since I did the transaction pls help on what to do next and is there any place I can summit my complain.
